All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Excluding weekends and holidays).
During warmer months we ship Monday-Wednesday to keep your item in the best condition possible.

Local Delivery
We do offer local delivery for $3 within a 15 mile radius of Manor,Texas. We will contact you via text message with the phone number provided at checkout to finalize details
Free Pickup
Free Pickup is also available. We will notify you by email or text when you order is available for pickup. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.
Returns
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in original condition, minus the shipping costs for the return.
Damaged Items
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 7 days of receipt. Please email your order number, a photo of the product condition to owners@cielo-scents.com.

-Trim wick to ¼” length before every burn.
-Never leave a burning candle unattended.
-Do not burn candle for longer than 4 hours at a time.
-When burning candle for the first time, allow to burn for 3-4 hours to prevent tunneling.
-Keep away from children and pets.
-Keep away from flammable materials.
-To get the best out of your candle keep
away from vents and drafts.
